We manufacture a wide variety of components, including prototype and CNC production of machined parts in low to high volume. Our customers are in the aerospace, automation-robotics, electronics, packaging, environmental, pharmaceutical, hydraulic cylinder, and other high-tech industries. We machine many types of material including, but not limited to, forgings, castings, iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

• 2017 DMG MORI NHX 4000 with 5 PALLET POOL, PROBING SYSTEM B AXIS .0001 DEGREE INDEX, SCALE ALL AXIS X, Y, Z, . DUAL CONTACT AND CHILL SPINDLE SYSTEM. 20,000 RPM, 180 ATC.

CNC TURNING:

• HYUNDAI WIA : Main spindle 8" chuck , Bar capacity 2.66 .
• Sub spindle 6" chuck , Bar capacity 1.75.
• Live tooling . Full C axis on both spindle .
